This hurts both my heart and soul! It is beyond cruel and needs to Stop Now! Our wolf population has barely managed to start recovering, allowing the pursuit of them for training, esp year round will give hunters an excuse to trap and after torturing them, kill wolves all year! In today's day and age these acts including aerial hunts, dog hunts, and poisons are barbaric. They are based on years of misinformation and misunderstanding of the wolf. The argument over the years for these hunts has been the taking of livestock. In the event that livestock is taken, farmers have reimbursement options so that argument to me doesn't make sense. Hunters may say that they contribute to a decline when in fact human hunting has declined so for natural balance, it is even more...

Hunters may say that they contribute to a decline when in fact human hunting has declined so for natural balance, it is even more important that we allow wolves and other predators to do what they naturally do. Please consider reaching out to encourage the end to these wolf hunts and instead allow the scientist to conduct sound scientific research on the true status of the wolf and their contribution. Wolves are less likely to bother a human than a mountain lion or a coyote in the east.
