Thought there were more women enlisted. That's ok though, let's make sure they get what they need!
I served in the U.S.Army,(91/2yrs.), when we women were not exactly wecome, and it was alot harder on us, as we were not accepted, as female soldiers, we were more like fresh meat.I have taught my chidren, that all peoples are equal, and should be respected, and treated as such.Iam proud of our men, and women, who have hosen to serve.Thank You, for your service to our Great Country.
Women are great in the supportive role. Dying next to me will not be supportive,
I am a former Marine and proud to have served. The old ways of Mom and Apple Pie are over. Our women deserve a chance to continue in war time service on the battle front. Woman overseas have been in combat for years and they don't have these problems. My husband had a woman with him in a bunker and he declared that he felt more confident in her than he did in some of the men. He has supported in me in all ways even when I joined the American Legion and fought to be the first County female commander.
I agree with equal standards regardless of sex. Standards also need to be given a look.
What's good for the men should be good for the females also!
God Bless our women who serve along side their male counterparts
Bless you all for your courage and loyalty. You have earned the honor and respect of us all.
couldn't complete the mission without the entire team working towards the same goal.
I feel that the government/VA has improved with the care that it provides woman from the previous era's as I have experienced both but they need to keep up the progress with realizing that women and men do have different needs when they have come home or served in the military.
