My 31 year old son was recently diagnosed with melanoma skin cancer. 2 operations later and next a 1 year treatment of interferon with possible severe side effects. Started on his foot of all places. This disease can be deadly. STOP getting tans all summer, your life might depend on it.

I have had three melanomas on the sole of my left foot. First was in 1994 when I was 36, the second in 1998 and a third in 2005. I had all removed with radical surgery and lymph node removal. So far all good. Never lose hope, never give up.....and remember to say thank you for every day you are blessed with. I wish your son all the very best with his treatment and I hope my story inspires shows him that life does go on.

Please look up skin cancer and glutathione....try google or Pubmed....you will realize the answer to our health is inflamation. Glutathione is the Master of the cell and works on the inflamation of the cell. GSH is a blood booster and raises immunity but you must get into the cell with the precusors. Mr. Carter, my prayers are with you and your son and your entire family. I have been a 'survivor' of family members with cancer, my husband, 2 of my uncles, my grandmother. My husband was diagnosed with a stage 4 squamous cell carcinoma, which is actually the #1 '''type''' of skin cancer. They didn't tell us (although I knew) that he only had a 5% chance of surviving for 2 years. However, it has been 14 years, so love, strength of will and prayer ALL HELP!!

It's very difficult for people when someone they love dearly is affected by cancer or other illnesses, and often we are overlooked as to how WE are doing, so I wish you all the strength and health you will need to also get through this time. I think I almost collapsed for the 2 years I took care of my ailing husband.

I had just made a post wherein I stated that many people get melanoma on their feet and bottom of their feet, and tend to overlook it, when I saw your post! It is actually one of the most common spots for Melanoma, because we wear flipflops and sandals !

KEEP SPREADING THAT MESSAGE Mr. Carter, you very well could save lives!!

Much love and wishes.

My mother was diagnosed with melanoma. They found melanoma in her eye and she had it operated and removed and then 14 years latter it spread from the lungs to other inner parts of the body. I lost her 16 years ago, I am so thankfull to God for giving me the best mother ever. She has given me a lot and I still miss her.
mothers/fathers, daughters/sons, brothers/sisters be aware of cancer cause those who stay behind may never recover from your loss.

My sister died of malignant melanoma in 1972, she was 34 years old, and loved the sun - she lived in England!
I miss her everyday she was my only sibling.I often wonder how life would have been had she lived - she left behind a husband and two small children 8 and 11 - their life changed drammatically.I was 32 at the time.
I go regularly for checkups, and quite a number of small skin cancers have been removed, surgically and by freezing.I know my skin and what to look for.

I go regularly for checkups, and quite a number of small skin cancers have been removed, surgically and by freezing.I know my skin and what to look for.
I haven't sunbathed since 1972, I love the outdoors, the sun and sea, and travel to hot countries - I use sunblock and high spf factor, sit under an umbrellar and COVER UP and enjoy!
I still get a very slight color, but I don't BURN.
I live in Sweden and my neighbours probably think I'm crazy all covered up when I'm out working in my garden whilst they are in bikinis and exposing as much as possible to get as much sun and color as possible!
It really isn't worth taking the risk.
I work with skincare and have done so all my working life, here in Sweden and in the USA.I also remind my clients to always wear sunscreen even in the winter and that PALE IS BEAUTIFUL! They are not always so comfortable or receptive to my suggestions!
So...get it checked out if you see even some little skin irritation that itches, doesn't heal, and doesn't go away!
Enjoy your life!

My Aunt died of Melanoma at the age of 30..Leaving her children behind. I have been dealing with Squamous Cell Carsanoma for about four years..It is really important to check your body..and stay out of the tanning beds.. and put sunscreen on! Having tumors removed from your face is not what anyone wants..It is not worth it!

Please look up Glutathione the Master Antioxidant of the CELL...We deplete it from birth and it can be recycled and reproduced naturally with a supplement. The answer is in our CELLS...Max International has been changing lives with this incredible discovery. I did the research it's all over Pubmed.gov. Inflamation of the cell is why we have disease. Glutathione provides so much for the body. Please do the research.
