I support the right of those traders to protest peacefully, but I also very much support Ambiga and BERSIH. I only support the right of those traders to protest peacefully because freedom of speech means freedom of speech for those I disagree with as well.

They can protest in front of Bersih's office but not in front of Ambiga's hse.

You'll note that I signed the above support ^‿^

I'm not sure about what I think about protests in front of someone's house yet. But I definitely support the right to protest by people I disagree with.

protest in front of someone's hse can tantamount to intimidation. protest shld be in public area i.e. Bersih in Dataran Merdeka. Concern this might escalate to other"personal" protest that can hv a momentum of its own.

Dear Datuk Ambiga, I salute you, as I do Dr Irene Fernandez. You have set the bar very high for us lawyers interested in the cause of justice. May God defend you and the fear of Him be upon all those who subvert truth and pervert justice! May His hand be upon our beloved nation.

If our national leaders keep quiet when their supporters misbehave, it reflect on the leaders as having such character as well. There is a saying, "If you want to know the quality of a leader, look at the people around him."

Irresponsible burgers stall owners and butt exercising army vets.... this is what the country's people in power supports instead of getting to the crux of the matter! Amazing isn't it! Datuk Ambiga, you have my support for electoral reforms. We want justice for the benefit of all citizens of the country... You Will Never Walk Alone!

Bersih 3.0, according to Datuk Ambiga, is not her movement. It is the wish and the voice of the people, it is a movement by the Rakyat for the Rakyat, and like us, she is merely a rakyat. She sacrificed time, energy and her safety and I can't conceive any personal gains she can obtain from leading us? Why can she do it while we stand here and do nothing? We need to unite as one to demand for free and fair elections in Malaysia in one way or another. We need to spread the word, expose the...

We need to unite as one to demand for free and fair elections in Malaysia in one way or another. We need to spread the word, expose the fraud and cheating in the system. Do you think the government of the day can't hear our loud voices? They actually can but instead of heeding to our voice, they are silencing us.
