There is always going to be someone who attempts to and follows through inflicting abuse on others, but we can help the ones living through it. Give them a voice, allow them to be heard, and follow through on the best possible helps they can get. If they have no means to get help, they will not use the voice for sheer fear and lack of self esteem. Taking away laws that are aimed at protecting them keeps the abusers in power.

Violence is never an answer to anything, and the emotional and mental abuse that occurs before the physical abuse to make the woman sub-servient is just as abhorrant. All living creatures should be treated with love, dignity and respect and not some man's fist and disgusting, degrading mouth. I've been there but it will never happen again to me...I'm one of the lucky ones who got out before it was too late. My heart aches for those women and children caught up in abusive relationships, as...
