Walk a little today, so you could walk everyday...
I encourage everyone to get out and walk...especially if there is heart disease in your family. What better way to prevent it with some simple walking? Let's get out there! 30 minutes a day....gravy!
I don't actualy walk that much, but I do about km to km a day on a bicycle, I hope that helps.
