The existing social service groups are consistently be hit with budget cuts. So now it is on the public to get involved. It's not rocket science how to fix this problem. If you think that once person can't make a difference. Think about this, if a community got together and and each person that wanted to get involved went out and found someone that wanted help, and worked with that one person. Be the light that shines in someone else's eyes.
