Hard to choose,Charles Dickens works are timeless..He set a very.high literary standard that few have matched . Was nearly great expectations but Christmas Carol for the sentiment..
Please sir..can I have some more...??? Lol ;-)
I liked his gr8 sense of humour.
"David Copperfield" is a part of my childhood memories...love it...
How have you been?...was wondering...
I like them all.
I absolutely adore his work! Where else could one find the word, "fuliginous?"
What a wonderful writer and storyteller...♥.
I Love all of Charles books as not only are they great stories but they are also shed a light on Victorian life and the awful treatment of the poor and destitute in those times. Rock On Charles Dickens.
Sorry, it has to be Bleak House - pathos, humour, mystery, romance..
I love Charles Dickens book's but David Copperfield is my favourite.
I can't imagine what my life would be like without these books of days past and yet still vital insight into mans soul.
My favourite Dickens' novel is, without a doubt, "The Pickwick Papers", being an electric, humorous, sharp social satire which is still relevant today as are all great classical works. In this first novel, the hand of a great master is instantly recognized.
