from all I have read I think ALLanimal products , meat chicken , all dairy is making us over weight and sick , just go on line and check out the facts.
I appreciate your concern about animal products. I wonder though, as people as carnivores have been historically consuming animal products for centuries. The rise in obesity seems timed to current patterns of processed food consumption, fast food that has little value, and portions that could be deemed to be excessive.
I was many time in USA and I observed in Walmart, food shops and restaurants the processed food it is in 75% -80% from all food.The fruits, vegetables, juices and seeds are mixed with chemical solutions or changed genetics for more resistance in time at damages.The pink future is in bio-farmers.

The processed food industry is a multibillion dollar business. The farmaceutical industry is a multibillion dollar business. Poor health is a mutlibillion dollar business. But there is hope. I was totally blown away when I watched in NY a TV spot advertising the goodness of drinking plain non-bottled water. Maybe some day we'll see TV spots advertising the goodness of homemade food. Oh, the joys of engaging all your senses when cooking... Uh-oh, less time for facebooking?
