I DRINK EVERY DAY 32 ONCE OF WATER IN THE GYM, ALSO I TAKE VITAMIN C, THE ONE THAT STAY IN THE SYSTEM FOR 24 HOURS, I DON'T KNOW IF 32 OUNCE OF WATER IS ENOUTH, BUT SO FAR WHAT I WANT IS TO SLEEP WELL.
