I think all of them are important.
But there are most impotant ones that had been forgotten that is , not eating much and not be hurried

For me last week to till, sleep, drinking water, exercise, eat and avoid..........thanks.
want to be fit & healthy? do some physical exercise or yoga daily for at-least 30 minutes.
Fluid intake such as water is very important for a well balanced body.
all above points for health are neccesorry very important is honest with your self.
sufficient water intake is good for health.
