I think all of them are important.
But there are most impotant ones that had been forgotten that is , not eating much and not be hurried
There is NO right answer. All are helpful to stay healthy. Eatting fruits and vegetables will prevent illness and keep you healthy.
playing football.., swimming... cycling.. etc enjoyment and exercise... :)
exercising with good amount of sleep and eating lots of fruits, salads and nuts....processed foods are a no-no, and cooked food as less as possible will surely keep us healthy..

you need to be concious about these things specialy water in winter time make a must in early morning so you know that you had your daily intake.
