Exercise daily is the first one; then drinking enough water depending on th epersonal feeling (there are people who simply do not feel like drinking enough water and they enjoy a perfect health)
Sleep is very important too- to adequately balance the body and mind action hours with the relaxation and recharging hours.

I believe that there are more than just one thing that we need to do to support our health..I chose drink plenty of water because we humans are dehydrating ourselves by not drinking enough water, we don't get the proper amount of sleep that our bodies need to maintain good health and we don't exercise enough to keep our muscles, bones and blood flowing throughout our bodies like it should be, avoiding processed foods will eliminate toxins from our bodies as well and eating 2-4 fruits a day...

I actually do all of those things. But I know that if I don't get enough sleep, I am very likely to take a short cut on the others or forget to do them. I take an Emergen-C once a day - 1 gram of C and everything else you need. Try it! It gets me through rough days, esp. the B vitamins. I also take 10,000 IUs of D daily and B vitamins.

Todos son sumamente importantes, por lo que es muy difícil tomar una decisión, sin embargo en orden de importancia yo pondría 1.Beber agua; 2.Hacer ejercicio; 3.Tomar muchos cítricos; 4. Evitar alimentos procesados y 5. Dormir 8 hrs.
