It is sad that you call this a National card of condolence. It is a religious card only for religious Americans. It makes me feel that you don't want any person, who does not believe as you do, to sign this "National" card. Otherwise, why would you divide us by saying on the card that we have prayed? Only religious people can honestly sign it. I grew up in Cambridge, a stone's throw from the killers' apartment. I went to the same high school as the younger brother. My sisters live...

My sisters live less than 1 mile from the place he was captured in Watertown, and were in lock-down the whole time, listening to gunfire and percussive explosions. Do you really think I am less sad and sympathetic to the victims than you are, just because I do not pray? Do not divide us along religious lines. Please, use inclusive language of sympathy, not words from a pulpit. Then, everyone could sign a truly National card of condolence.

We do not need to have this kind of thing in the USA. If we bring God back into the schools and show that He is in charge maybe some of this would not be happening. So very sorry for the lose of life and injured. Praying for your healing.

My first cousin John Jenkins perished 9/11/2001 when the first plane struck the tower, he was to be on his way to San Francisco. My hope is he is in heaven and I will get the chance someday to swap stories about our childhoods. I never got the chance that I know thanks to fb would have come eventually but his life journey ended abruptly because.........
I still wonder why?
