I served in Vietnam and it was not a misunderstanding. Ho Chi Mihn and his NLF and VC were terrorists and murderers.

DUC DUC Refugee Village - America fought the Vietnam War to fight the spread of communism. For 6 months, I lived and served (24/7) in a Vietnamese peasant, farming village, under the Marine's Combined Action Program (CAP). Seven months after Americans left the village, the Vietnamese communists burned the village to ashes. Hundreds of innocent men, women and children were killed, wounded or went missing. http://www.CapVeterans.com
