The boycotting will be hard (especially on Chinese goods), but more power to you. And the flyers are great idea. We need more like you out there.

If you're boiling about this, JUST SAY NO in AUGUST, to purchasing ANY S KOREAN PRODUCTS. We will do it again in October and again in December. I'm saying 'NO' via my pocket, because that's what my mother told me: "If you want to send a message to someone that they will listen to, hit them where it hurts...in their pockets!" So, that's what I'm doing. I hope you will all join in this effort, to help S Korea understand that this is NOT ACCEPTABLE to anyone. We are America, and we are strong...

We are America, and we are strong because we know how to stand up, together, for what we believe in. We have a voice, and I hope each of you will join me in using it, on behalf of all those that are forced to suffer in silence. Let's be their voice! JUST SAY NO TO PURCHASING ANY S KOREAN PRODUCTS IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST, OCT, and DECEMBER.

And what about America's horrendous human rights record in the Congo via Apple and it's smart 'blood' phones (along with other manufacturers), or Guantanano Bay where basic civil rights have been ignored ever since 2011 with potentially innocent people still being held against all basic human rights laws years later or a host of other things the US should be boycotted for. Are you willing to be consistent in your boycotting, or should we only boycott your personal biases? Do you agree we...

Are you willing to be consistent in your boycotting, or should we only boycott your personal biases? Do you agree we should all be boycotting US products until they apologise, 'grow up' and start acting with more humanity? If be interested to know from someone who advocates 'boycotting South korea' and 'buying everything from America' . You might want to rethink that.

There is only one way to stop this barbarism: BOYCOTT ANYTHING KOREAN!!! The S. Korean government turns a deaf ear to the protests and outcries from all over the world, but the country relies heavily on export. So get them where it hurts - money! BOYCOTT SOUTH KOREA!!! I have done so for a while! I have no Korean car, I don't have a Samsung smart phone, I don't buy Korean foodstuffs or clothes and I will not travel to South Korea, not even for a business trip! I will not touch anything...

I will not touch anything Korean for as long as it takes to make them end their barbaric dog and cat food "culture". If more people do the same their corrupt government will eventually be brought to it's knees on the issue.

It's a great idea Michaela, and I applaud you for doing it. But unfortunately a few thousand caring people boycotting them will make no difference when billions continue to do business with them daily. I don't know what the solution is, if there even is one at all.

People in the West just don't want to know. I tried to get people with pets to at least sign the petition, but no, It's to much to ask.

I try to inform people about what is going on in South-Korea but, many people do not care. As long as they have their life and not many complications, they do not care where their products come from. For exemple Samsung : I explain them not to buy their phones, televions, ... . But they only care about how much they have to pay!

I wish people in South Korea would read a little, watch a video or a documentary - EDUCATE yourselves. These animals are tortured beyond belief. They live an awful life before they are eventually skinned alive. Unless you have zero compassion for all beings.

They do have zero compassion. The only thing they care about is money. HIT THEM WHERE IT HURTS!!!

I have thought about how to bring the world aware of the plight of the dogs n cats killed at these meat markets.big stores like walmart kmart taeget sears buy alot of their products from china korea and the Philippines. I used to work at walmart and I know that 90 percent of their merchandise comes from theses countries. We should hold rallys in front of these stores with pictures of the horror thats happening right now to animals in china korea and the Philippines. By holding such rallys this will bring attention from the news media to our CAUSE and thus awareness that the gloves n hats with fur inside them from these countries may very well be that of a dog or cat murdered in a horrendous way from one of thoae countries.

IF you are serious about doing this please contact NoToDogMeat and ask for their help. They have organised these kind of things before and they are a very nice bunch of people who will help you with leaflets, information and perhaps contact with other people who can join you in your area. I have worked with them on action days before and they will help you.

If we boycott one country, the other countries will get the message. Do one at a time until they stop it. If we do that, then no one goes without. Come on people WE MUST all band together TO STOP THIS EVIL ON OUR PLANET. BOYCOTT CHINA<SOUTH KOREA<VIETNAM in anyway you can, Get the media involved, contact celebrities, there are other countries too, but lets focus on these for now. If we are not part of the solution then we are part of the problem. This torture of our beautiful animals has been going on for so long. WE MUST DO SOMETHING< we can't leave it to others, everyone must get involved if you love animals. .

We must do it to one country first. That way, no one goes without anything. Then, if any other country allows it, they know we will do it to them too. Loss of funds will hurt them more than anything else we can do to them. No export money, poof...their funds go down. No demand, no need for a supply. S Korea...I urge you to listen, before it gets REALLY BAD for you. Any other country that does this...be ready...you're next! I will not purchase ANYTHING FROM S KOREA. BOYCOTT S KOREA!

I'm with Mary. But how? Any idea how hard it is to avoid Chinese products? One family tried and literally could not do it despite their best efforts. We need to bring bad publicity on them and have our businesses here stop importing from them. We cannot just blame these Asian nations when so many in this country elect to do business with them (because it's cheaper) for profits. The problem is too little intolerance everywhere. That's why we must rise up and make a difference.

Christopher, if you do it to only one country at a time, you won't have to worry about that. Yes, we have lots of products that are from China, but other countries make the same products, believe it or not. If people refuse to purchase from that particular country, they will hurt financially. You don't have to do it long. If everyone stops all purchases from China for one month...you are sending them a very clear message, financially...that we disagree with what they're doing Do it again in...

If everyone stops all purchases from China for one month...you are sending them a very clear message, financially...that we disagree with what they're doing Do it again in a couple of more months. Everyone has to pick a few months a year in which we do it. Let's say, none of us purchase ANYTHING MADE IN S. KOREA, in the month of August. Absolutely nothing from S Korea is sold at that point. We can all do without food from S. Korea. We can also all do without purchasing clothes from S. Korea. We do it again in October, and again in December and we keep doing it, every other month. We can purchase what we absolutely 'NEED', but no wants from that country, whatsoever.
