I'm not a vegetarian. I don't believe everyone should go vegan. However, I eat meat well chicken or fish about twice a week. I avoid dairy and almost never eat red meat. (I eat corned beef and cabbage on St Patty's Day) Its not a matter of people stopping eating meat all together but limiting their meat consumption. Its much easier to convince people to eat vegetarian two or three days a week than it is to convince everyone to just stop eating meat. The all or nothing approach doesn't work....

However, if the people of the world began to limit the amount of meat they eat we could eliminate the factory farming of animals. However with that said the only way to get people to voluntarily cutback is to point out reasons they should. So the voices of the animal rights activists need to be heard.

Are the people who are supporting this law so blindsighted that they dont realize it will be affected them too? Once this law passes, they, (meat eaters), will have no way of knowing what goes in their meat, whether it be chemicals or unwanted parts of an animal like bones and such. We deserve to know whats going on in a factory that is delivering food to our people! When this law passes, its just going to be another thing our government will be hiding from us. We already dont know enough....

It takes a sick individual to even work in an abbotair. If we had to raise & butcher our own meat we would be growing a shit load of vegetables. I hate the adds that pump it into our heads to eat more red meat. Theirs more iron in green veg than red meat. Eating meat too much leads to antibiotic resistance.
