Who are we to mess with nature? There are so many people in this world an overpopulation of people yet we decide how many wild animals are to be on this earth. Who are we to decide that? I am tired of humans ruining this world killing innocent animals and messing with our eco-system. Animals were here first and we disrespect them and their environment. I am sick of being powerless to not fixing this BS world and watching this happen over and over again.
Disgusting people in this world that hurt innocent animals! This is heart breaking
Lianne, Wolves are considered to be a minimal threat to humans. There are only two documented cases of a wolf killing a human in North America, and I understand there is some question about the validity of those cases too.
Senseless killing of wolves has been accepted by society far too long so its time that government offices which are permitting such blatant cases of animal cruelty must now be held acceptable and provide transparency of its policies to kill wolves. Its sickening and truly repugnant that innocent animals are constantly brutalised and and killed to satisfy a culture of hunting!
So - here is another beautiful species on the way out thanks to the human obsession with guns and lust for killing. When are these big-gun, small mind cretins going to realise they are destroying everything that is wonderful about our earth.
Ann you read my mind...I cannot understand this sick obsession ...
It's not the guns, it's the psycho monsters behind them.
Thanks Wanda. Let's hope that our pitiful efforts here can make a difference somehow.
They had their fun long enough, time to bring huntscum down.
im from the Uk .but this affects me too, I used to see the US as a great place to see diverse wildlife , yet people are allowed to hunt into extinction wolves, bears, bison, mustangs etc. it is horrific and The US has gone down in my estimation, I look at the US as a place full of callous gun totting animal slayers whose government is ruled by the gun lobby and hunting fraternity
Same here, Carol Anne, well said! I also don't live in the US, but it saddens me that a country which should feel lucky and privileged to still have a population of wolves does nothing to protect them from ignorant trigger-happy hunters. I appreciate the efforts of individuals and organizations, but it's the government that must do something!!!
A beautiful animal such as this needs our protection.
They have the same right to life as we do.
This has to be stopped! These animals are part of our national heritage, a treasure! These 'wolf hunters' are nothing more than a bunch of people who have a need to kill something!
