I always make home made meals maybe once a month I don't . And 95% of the time I cook my own lunch meat.

I have given up eating pork, beef, lamb, duck and some rather unhealthy snacks, also growing my own greens and have just received seeds in my mail so will start cleaning the of weeds and get busy!!
