I always try to eat fresh fruits at least four times a week, home made soups,rolls breads, we also eat lots of fresh veggies.
This is a very easy pledge, as I have never been a meat eater, always fruits, veggies, chicken or fish. Also have alot of medical issues, which helps alot with a healthier diet also msg and gluten
To walk more and avoid fried food and unhealthy fats
