I am part of a group in my community that keeps a close eye on making sure dogs are not chained up, especially in the heat of the summer.

It is a "must" to help the dogs!

No animal should be chained! This is so cruel & if they could speak they would say the same thing. The reason people do this is so they don't have to be bothered with them. Why even be bothered to get an animal then? Let someone who will love & pay attention to them.

I have had dogs all my life, they have all been family members. They were never chained up. They were all loved & loved back with their unconditional love.

Chained dogs are unhappy dogs, and often become frightened and vicious. They feel vulnerable.

Sometimes I think this is the reason dogs are abused and tortured because, like you said Carla Dog =God backwards, they love you no matter what you do to them, what a sad world we live in.

Anyone who chains their dog should be on the receiving end of this kind of life.

I live in Arizona and here they just leave them outdoors in 120 degree weather.

Ja, the people where you live must be heartless, disgusting, monsters. Maybe you should move to Vancouver Island where we love & respect our fur babies.

I'm amazed at the level of commitment from your supporters. If only all animal lovers went to this extent then maybe this would be a non issue. Good job:)

A dog is to my mind a family member. Would you chain your kids! No! Give love to a dog and you will receive unconditional love in return.
