Absolutely unjust this sentence...it is documented the history of domestic disputes and restraining orders against this man she feared....how is this possible???

I've worked in the prison environment for 8 yrs and if she didn't shoot the abuser who in her defense was in feared for her life well that just isn't right. I realize that each state has their own laws but it seems to me that that is one law that should be changed besides she didn't kill or hurt anyone which in my eyes she would have been justified in doing so.

what? What do you think she was convicted of? What do you think the facts in this case are? Or would you prefer to get the emotional one-sided biased crap this media is allowing you to have. Think before you react. That's why we have so many things that are corrupt running our country!

Until one really understands the manipulation and emotional fear attached to domestic violence, the perpetrator with the dominating authority will continue to manipulate the victim and make it difficult for the victim to respond in a reasonable manner... IT'S UGLY...& Complicated that most don't understand.
