We must be careful when mutating any food source! I feel we must be very careful when manipulating any living thing. There are many problems caused by genetically modified foods and many of the long term problems are still unknown. If we are worried about the impact of wild caught Salmon on the environment we can use fisheries at raise non modified Salmon and other fish is farms. Please boycott this mutations and any others. If we are worried about the impact of wild caught Salmon on the environment we can use fisheries at raise non modified Salmon and other fish is farms. Please boycott this mutations and any others. If we stand together we can and will win. It all comes down to money and the FDA as proven over and over again that it does not protect us or have our best interest at heart. It comes down to money. If we don't buy it, they will be for forced to stop making or using it. We as consumers at least have the right to have these mutations in any food CLEARLY labeled so we can make our own healthy decision if the FDA won't stop it! I beg anyone who reads this to support the boycott, hold the FDA accountable and support companies who carry this garbage!

People need to demand to know more about the foods being sold so that they can make informed decisions about what they buy. Governments must ensure correct labelling of all foods! Then we will be able to stop this madness as no one buys the crap!

How dare the food industry deceive us time and again about 'healthy choices'? That for sure is one key question. However, we as consumers carry responsibility, too. We, the consumers, have become so greedy that we want all the food we can think of to be available throughout the year at rock bottom prices. We as consumers must demand to be given more information about where our food comes from, how it is grown/raised and what is in season at what time of the year. Armed with that information we can vote with our feet.

i just happensthat i was a member of the SCOTTISH salmon farming industry, and i can say unequivically that salmon farming although i do realize the enviromental problems has saved the wild populations? from (a) poaching (b) coastal netting (c) total extinction. i can hear all of you people who discent saying (what a load of crap) we don't want your fish!!!!! but and it's a big BUT where are you all going to get your fish?? What's upppp with genetically modified food nowadays. Human body can't absorb GM food as well as natural food and the harmfulness in GM food is unimaginable. If only scientists and government are more responsible!

This messing genetically with our food is BS. Not only does it alter the food it ultmately alters our environment. I am tired of having to read labels to feel safe as is and now even the labels are bocus. Corp and Gov get your greedy selfs together and stick your gmo where the sun dont shine.

it's very disturbing that this is the future of our food source, corporate money hungry capitalists 'manufacturing consent' and they must be stopped!
