If this evil, worthless, ugly woman did not receive any jail time for this heinous crime, one has to wonder what kind of crime does this worthless judge believe constitutes jail time? By not handing down an appropriate sentence, I have to wonder if this judge has a relationship himself with this hideous woman. Hmmmmm.

It is a terrible crime in and of itself to commit cruelty to an animal as this woman did and therefore she should have received a significant jail sentence, especially, as what she did in most states would be labeled felony animal cruelty! This dog’s life had worth and she had no right to take it away, (just as no one would have the right to take her life away). She should have to pay for what she did and be punished for her awful crime! The other very important issue that this judge...

The other very important issue that this judge tragically overlooked, is that animal cruelty is frequently a precursor to violent crimes against people. It is well documented in law enforcement files that there is a strong relationship between people who commit vicious crimes to animals and at some point, go on to commit crimes to people. Thus, if we want a less crime- ridden society and people who respect the lives of all sentient beings, it starts with making people accountable for their crimes against animals!

It is both UNCONSCIONABLE & APPALLING that our judicial system, via these reprehensible rulings, has become complicit in the continued brutal animal cruelty that is plaguing our society.

A judge with no sense of justice or decency. Why is he a judge? As for the woman, I have no words. Monster doesn't begin to express what I think she is.

This judge is a disgrace to the judicial system he represents , his ethics are questionable not to mention he seems to be totally devoid of compassion for the defenseless and the ability to distinguish between right or wrong ! This judge needs to be removed immediately ! Lets join our voices together to make sure this happens , and our voices are heard loud and clear !!!!!!!

Dogs continue to starve, be without proper shelter, left on short chains in backyards, abused, abandoned, neglected, beaten, left in town dumps, shot in the face, left to freeze to death in sub-zero temps…and it must stop.

The Link between Animal Cruelty and Human Violence is clear and many published studies have been completed

Clearly this brilliant judge has no clue about the stats. So heres my little rant I hope that the woman who hung the dog is part of the statistic. So that when they uncover that she has a long history of child abuse and or is a serial killer they will credit the judge for having let her go. Hows that for Press

If this judge can dismiss this crime so easily, imagine how many others he's let go. What a power trip. And as for this bitch, I hope karma catches up with her, she's a monster, wonder how often she goes around doing things like this.
