These actions are unconscionable and particularly cruel to chickens. We shouldn't stand for this. I am telling all my friends to sign the petitions.
silly entertainment, and after this they are surely murdered and eaten.
I can't even watch this. I just don't understand the lack of compassion for another living being.
hey paul there are all kinds of inhumane treatments and when people start realizing that we can have lots of ways to entertain our selves but it is never nessesary to involve animals in our dire little lives you don,t need a petition to make you look like an idiot your own comments do that for you animals do not need to be used for human entertainment period
Stupid white trash rednecks. Thank god I don't live in that POS state.
Hey, hey, Michael, Nebraska is my home. I work hard to help fight animal abuse here. I will admit that I am outnumbered though.
Well.. not just Nebraska.. Animal lovers are outnumbered in every countries.
how people can be so cruel, God created as tu love all creatures
This is not overly cruel, how about we focus our sh!t on the real issues against animal cruelty. If you want to focus on chickens look at the intensive farming sector. These Micky mouse petitions make us all look like fools to the general public...
Even mild forms of cruelty to animals helps to anesthetize the person's ability to feel empathy. After witnessing enough of these events that are touted as "fun", the soul becomes numb. Certainly I have seen far worse cases of animal abuse but we must keep in mind the cumulative affect of all forms of animal cruelty and abuse.
I do agree with you Paul that this is hardly not the cruelest form of animal abuse out there, I do think that if we look the other way on things like this, then how far does that abuse go before we stop looking away and those committing the abuse do not see that we are serious about ALL forms of animal cruelty, minor and major. We must always be a voice for the voiceless.
That is a very cruel sport and should be a serious crime!
do people not think?
