I only wish that this monster gets the maximum sentence and fine. The maximum sentence is not long enough. Animals are entrusted into a human beings care and will give love unconditionally. This murder was premeditated. He went to all the trouble of getting the puppy sent to him so that hours later he could murder it in public. Is that some sort of power trip for a coward and sub human being. I hope karma catches up for you very soon. I dispose you and all the other psychopaths out there like you.

my neighbor in college was abusing a cocker puppy she had just paid $500 for--I witnessed it after being alerted and wouldn't leave until police came. They fined her(a joke) but at least she felt forced to give the dog up and knocked on my door next day as she knew I trained and rescued. People need to strap on some balls, stop being aloof and selfish and speak the fuck up!!!!!!! Or Karma will bite you in the ass and make sure no one stops to help!!!

Now matter how you piece together the "alleged facts" of this incident, it is patently a case of cruelty and callous abuse. The dog is small and young and trusting (let alone helpless) and ready to learn and adapt (and no doubt, love). The owner apparently didn't like her coat. ("Can I see 'it' in another shade?", perhaps.) He appears to have literally lashed out in a fit of pique that reveals a deeply disturbed mentality....one that poses a danger to right-thinking animal-loving folks (not...
