WHO just pulls out a gun to shot?Maybe we don't need that kind of people as police officers.THEN he continues to shoot as the dog is movingAWAY!EVERY police dept needs to revisit their protocol when dealing with animals. They need training by humane, experienced trainers. These officers brought this on themselves. They deserv
Yes! Very well put Liz!
yes, i agree.
Unfortunately, Liz, Salmon saw an opportunity to get back at Rosdy, whom he recognized. I think he deliberately provoked this situation (look at his face: he's full of hatred!). As you said he has no business being in the police force, and neither have his colleagues!
I am signing many petitions as well...Please copy the link above and keep sharing it on Facebook+Twitter...please the more viral this goes, the better:)
Thank you I think my imagination can figure out what happened...was the dog shot? or mangled to death?
@ Laura J.Hearn The dog was NOT off leash. The owner had placed the dog in the car & the dog jumped out the car window. The officers should have thought ahead on this situation. & realized the dog may try to help his owner. The owner was filming the police. Where is that against the law? If anything ,it would help to see the truth of what is happening. I agree I would not do that with my dog,BUT everyone on the scene has a responsibility to make sure that dog is ok.
Yea wait until the dog actually rips your face off before you defend your self...agreed.
@Michael E. Thompson....Did it look like this dog was dangerous in any way?
Justice NOW !
YOU ARE SICK, SICK, SICK. YOU ARE NO POLICE. WHAT KIND OF ANIMALS ARE YOU. NOT HUMAN!!!!!
they could of told the man to re leash the dog and lock him in the car. The dog was just trying to protect its owner...who appears to be doing nothing illegal to be arrested. The dog did nothing wrong.
FIRE THEM. Won't say more.
Poor Max, he was no threat and what happened is utterly shocking. The police officers panicked, something you don't want when a person is holding a gun. These officers need retraining if they're to stay in their jobs. Doesn't exactly give one confidence in the American Police Force.
I am so sick of these trigger happy cops shooting family dogs who have done nothing wrong. Pit Bulls are shot more than any other dogs. Not just a few! Some have been shot inside their own fenced in yards. Have they ever heard of pepper spray? One cop shot an old Cocker Spaniel! The cops entered a house while no one was home. He said the dog scared him.
It was totally wrong. The man only yelled didn't interfere and his dog jumped out of car to see what was happening. They should of let the man get dog back in car as the man wasn't fighting officers. The officer who shot dog should be fired these people are to be trained and this one was rigged happy and for me a best friend was wrongfully killed.
Unnecessary. .. just cause you have a gun doesn't mean you should use it.
