The officer kept approaching the dog. My God. Let the man go put the dog back in the car for goodness sake. Officer was just waiting for his moment to fire. Watch his body language.

After watching the video several times, I conclude that there was no need to shoot Max FOUR times. After he was shot the first time, the dog was no longer a threat. However, the cop approached the dog, and aimed his gun at him, even when he was undoubtedly dying. This behavior tells me that the cop enjoyed murdering Max, and is not prepared emotionally to be a member of the law enforcement department.

Anybody that knows me knows what would happen in a situation like that if it were my dog and trust me I would not lose sleep over it, as long as my dog was not doing anything wrong. The law in NC is it must be threatning to harm another animal or person before it can be shot

Yes you can clearly see the low life cop wanted to shoot him, big man with a gun to a helpless dog he is an ass hole.

The officer could have just used his tazer gun, which is what they are supposed to reach for first anyway

Makes me scream in anguish when I see this ... Mr Rosby's face is tortured in disbelief. Sack and jail that officer. He is totally unfit for the police service.

The problem began with owner of the dog. If he minded his own business the dog would not have jumped out of the car. However the dog should not have been shot. 2 people at fault, but first the guy with his dog. U did not have to take pics. Go home.
