I spent 30 years in the Navy as an Aviation Ordnanceman and 14 years in Civil Service. I am appolled that our Politations and the court system bows down to any orgination that wants to NOT Honor our Flag, our Religin, our way of life that our Forfathers and that that our Military fought and died for including lost body parts plus many monthsof family seprations. Why can't our Court Systems and our politations tell those Few UnAmericans to set down and shut up. They are in the minarity...

Is there anyone who cares about the men and women that have fought for our country, there seems to be a very short list. What has happen to our Nation that was once proud to be an American. Our Veteran's deserve better.

I see veteran all the time on streets, islands of the highway..I really think it,s a disgrace....They gave there lives for us, fighting in all the different wars..They should have a home and food....for themselves, and families..I just can't understand why are they homeless, or unable to to get medical help, counseling and what ever else the need. This is AMERICAN....they make us proud

As a veteran myself, I can understand what you are saying. I see homeless vets everywhere in the state I live in and it is heartbreaking. The vets need help for all the things did for this country. They also need the respect and thanks from the people they protected. Unfortunately, the people of this country does not care about the vets and this includes officials in high places. They care about themselves and they continue to stab the veterans in the back and handing out false promises.

With the exception of World War Two, American govts. have *always* ignored -- at best -- their veterans. All that will prevent this is the future is to adopt the Swiss System; when *everyone* is technically in the reserves, or a veteran, the govt. won't be so quick to write veterans off.
