I spent 30 years in the Navy as an Aviation Ordnanceman and 14 years in Civil Service. I am appolled that our Politations and the court system bows down to any orgination that wants to NOT Honor our Flag, our Religin, our way of life that our Forfathers and that that our Military fought and died for including lost body parts plus many monthsof family seprations. Is there anyone who cares about the men and women that have fought for our country, there seems to be a very short list. What has happen to our Nation that was once proud to be an American. Our Veteran's deserve better.

I see veteran all the time on streets, islands of the highway..I really think it,s a disgrace....They gave there lives for us, fighting in all the different wars..They should have a home and food....for themselves, and families..I just can't understand why are they homeless, or unable to to get medical help, counseling and what ever else the need. This is AMERICAN....they make us proud

As a veteran myself, I can understand what you are saying. I see homeless vets everywhere in the state I live in and it is heartbreaking. The vets need help for all the things did for this country. They also need the respect and thanks from the people they protected. Unfortunately, the people of this country does not care about the vets and this includes officials in high places. They care about themselves and they continue to stab the veterans in the back and handing out false promises.

I believe it is a total shame for a Governor not to take care of the Veterans in their State .....Much is given to keep this country Free from those who want to oppress the "Citizens of this Country"......Already many freedoms have been nibbled away over many years...... If Chris Christie wants to be President then he needs to be for the PEOPLE and not for his own gain....

I find it terrible to realize that our America is no longer a true free country. We have people who don't want to believe in God and that's their choice. But to force people who do believe in Him is wrong. I'm old enough to remember our teachers reading from the Bible, quoting the Lord's Prayer and then we children bow our head to pray to the God of our forefathers and myself. The idea that atheist don't cry to God is an absolute lie and farce. Every man, woman, boy or girl feeling like...

I spent over a year in Vietnam in a Forward Air Control Outfit. I went because that is what my job was. I wasn't happy in a place called Danang. It parted from my family and almost from a civilized way of life. Wasn't happy with what I found when I came home. I'm just happy that with time things got better. Health got worse' but life got better. I'm so grateful I got home intact. Some friends I met over there never came home all. I never got a battle wound, but manys wounds of other kinds....

I don't deserve any metals, but it is forever on my mine of those that do, and I stand by them now and forever. When anyone steps on a vet or others who put their life on the line for Americans, they are stepping on the heart of God Almighty and the soul of this country. God Bless America.
