Poor baby. R.I.P. But not only the Sumatrans are responsible, we all are. We have to boycott products containing palm oil and write to the manufacturers to let them know that we do not want palm oil in our food. As long as there is a demand, there will be people and governments ready to satisfy that demand for profit.
Agreed ! :(
I agree, please tell me how I can boycott these items and what manufactures to write to,
@Nicole Wankel: there is, apparently Raja (death) and Raju (in a sort of sanctuary...)... ???
What a heartbreaking story and photograph of Raja. I agree that we need to boycott products containing palm oil. There are alternatives, so read all packets for ingredients and let the manufacturers know that you won't buy their products because they contain palm oil. We can force change.
agree...never forgiven. ;(
No capisco e non sopporto la violenza sia sugli uomini che sugli animali indifesi .è solo vigliaccheria e crudeltà di uomini vuoti
What a shame this baby died in an effort to get the government's attention. What's really sad is it probably won't do anything to sway government officials into taking action against deforestation and turning the land into commercial enterprises. It's all about money, money, money!!!
Yes, we need to boycott companies such as Girl Scout cookies. Palm oil is unhealthy and was not part of their original recipes but, in a letter to me, the Girl Scouts cited cost and stated that they would continue to use palm oil. So, this year marks the last year I will support my niece's Girl Scout Troop. Perhaps if more people contacted the Girl Scouts, they would change their practices that compromise the elephants, orangutans and multitudes of other species.
Thd manufacturers do not want us to know it contains palm oil, evil bastards. The people in those countries should ask themselves what are they going to offer their children in future??? Deserts....you cannot live there....
Solo inciviltà di un paese che non diffende i suoi preciozi animali
they are so cruel to animals. I cried everytime i saw a monkey, chained, in tiny cages where they can't move, then forced to do stupid things that make idiots laugh and give some coins to the guy who exhibit the monkey. How the monkeys were looking at me... I could do nothing, just cry
If it hurts than don't visit this country unless you are living there. This is way I'm not traveling to the countries who don't respect animals and humans and unfortunately there are many of them.
If you cried when you saw an animal in chains were it belongs...cause its wild...you really would've been upset to see people in chains... #humanlifeismostimportant. Let's petition to protect human life....
