Well as we seen a few years ago , that even with the best trainers and people these beautiful mammals become to love , they are still meant to be free ...

“Man can hardly even recognize the devils of his own creation.” - Albert Schweitzer

"What is man without the beasts? If all the beasts were gone, men would die from great loneliness of spirit. For whatever happens to the beasts, soon happens to man. All things are connected." - Chief Seattle

"Until we have the courage to recognize cruelty for what it is...whether its victim is human or animal...we cannot expect things to be much better in this world...We cannot have peace among men whose hearts delight in killing any living creature. By every act that glorifies or even tolerates such moronic delight in killing we set back the progress of humanity." - Rachel Carson

"If only we can overcome cruelty, to human and animal, with love and compassion we shall stand at the threshold of a new era in human moral and spiritual evolution - and realize, at last, our most unique quality: humanity." - Jane Goodall

We cannot breed wild instincts out of these mammals through generations of captive breeding because these animals can not successfully breed in captivity and have their offspring survive for years. It's disgusts me how marine parks will just take these magnificent creatures out of their home and use them for financial gain. If I take a rock from a local national Forrest I will be fined a large sum. This system is all whack

I'm really glad that you care, I do. I love these animals just as much as everyone else. But the problem is that some of these animals may have been born in captivity, and sense they were raised in captivity, they may have no chance surviving in the wild. Some of these animals were probably taken into captivity because something happened to them that gives them a slim chance of surviving in the wild, like an injury or illness.

What I'm trying to say is that you're not accounting for every single detail that could easily be the result of life or death. Think about it for a moment; an animal that was born and raised in captivity and then released into the wild. That animal would not last very long and would be more interested in human activities and would stand the high possibility of getting killed. Is that what you want, lowering their chances of survival just because they don't belong in captivity? I will not...

I don't want the deaths of many animals in captivity weighing on my shoulders, and then end up blaming myself for it in the end.

Would be great if most of them would not be raist by humans. would be great IFF most of them were not rescude by the humans and hand fed back to health. They are not able to hunt them selfs and you won't let them be tought by humans. would you? So allnit would mean is hurting them more ... is that what you want? Think this over ... I won't sign, I don't want their deaths on my mind, Better happy animal in a tank then dead in the ocean.
