Use washing veg. water to water plants.
don't let water runs while shampooing.
wash max. amount of clothes at one time.
Cook just enough food and finish at a time, if
unable to finish, can keep for next meal (I use to bring to office as lunch), don't throw away if the food is still eatable.

PREVENT FOOD WASTE: When preparing food for the family don't prepare portions for the garbage can. When dishing up, don't dish up for your eyes, see with your stomach. Dish up the left-overs in a take away and give to the under privileged OR have it as a lunch box to work.

When I prepare meals [and all other food] I place all food peels and scraps in a compost bucket. This makes such good compost for the garden.

Our Coral Reefs are being destroyed around the world , due to
cruise ships dropping their effluent in the sea and near their ports
of call . Coral reefs in the surrounding areas cannot sustain life
with all the garbage being dropped in the seas and oceans .

I saw a great idea, I am going to plant in pallets. I can put a few on my front porch, since my soil in the garden is just clay and rocks.
