I'm with you Michele Hawker. They would have had to lock me up because I would have gone after her and I'm sorry to say with a bat.

why sorry? Bats are easier than 2X4's. Specially the aluminum ones.

it makes me sad to see poor animals abused when they can't defend themselves and that bitch needs to be taught a lesson I sure hope she has no pets of her own I'd feel real bad for them

Please, everyone in Orlando, boycott this clinic. I read that the manager has been fired, but this Dr. should not be allowed near an animal either. He continues to justify this woman's actions.

This person needs to be put in jail, be on a list of never being able to own an animal EVER again and NEVER be able to work with animals!! What a POS!

I can not believe the vet actually tries justifying the womans cruel actions. Despite what happened before the incident recorded, there should ever be abuse like that at a vet. Unruly dogs and cats are actually part of a vet job. No excuses!

Amen. Nothing justifies this kind of treatment at any time much less at a vets. You are right. Scared and hurt animals bite. It's their nature. If you can't handle it, get another job. I hope this case is prosecuted. And I don't believe what the vet said about this happening all the time. Maybe in this clinic which is another reason this should be looked into!

Well, I do not think that she had cause. No matter how a pet acts, the human should not be abusive. I would have bitten her too! People do not bring their pets to Emergency clinics to have them abused and to pay for it. Apparently this is common practice for this vet, his practice and his colleagues practice. He should lose his license and she should face criminal charges. She is an office person, not a vet tech and shouldn't have even been dealing with the dog. I hope that she and...

I hope that she and the vet are both arrested. He knew about it and safe guarded her. Who knows if these two haven't abused pets to death and turned around just to charge their owners $1000's!

The human filth who did that should be in jail for a long time.

Funny that the dr. Tried to justify the cruelty by saying the dog had bitten several people before this woman and the ABUSER had been wrestling with him for 10 minutes. Are you out of your damn mind? Abuse is abuse no matter what way you look at it. If this is how you practice, dear sir, then I am certainly glad you're NOT my vet!

No kidding! Not to mention the fact that it was a little dog....if he had a cone around his neck please tell me how he would be able to bite. Even if it were a 100+ lb. dog.....no excuse whatsoever! AND the person who caught this on video should have done everything in their power to report this immediately to every agency who could possibly take action again the clinics' owner and employee! Greedy, heartless, bullying, Sons of B's!

Why would Vet Dr. Mohammad Hassan hire such a person? Is she a new employee? Older employee? Why would she do this? She has no love, no emotions. She should have mental health counseling. Was she raised to do this?

I'm in Australia and all I can do is sign and post on FB. I trust you, all good people who live in the USA, are not going to take this laying down! The vet, the woman and the whole practice have to be brought to Justice. The people involved should, NEVER AGAIN, be entrusted with the care of animals. I keep hearing horror stories coming from your part of the world: your wildlife, farm animals, pets, and the list goes on.

I called the vet office and asked if that bitch was still working there. They said no. Next call is to Florida veterinary licensing board.

A bitch is a female dog. She's not worthy to be in that category! She needs to be put in prison or become a Prison Guard! NOT in a vets office!
