I called the vet office and asked if that bitch was still working there. They said no. Next call is to Florida veterinary licensing board.

A bitch is a female dog. She's not worthy to be in that category! She needs to be put in prison or become a Prison Guard! NOT in a vets office!

Why would Vet Dr. Mohammad Hassan hire such a person? Is she a new employee? Older employee? Why would she do this? She has no love, no emotions. She should have mental health counseling. Was she raised to do this?

The vet should be fired for defending such actions.... besides he said it goes on all over!!! SAY WHAT!!!!!

I'm in Australia and all I can do is sign and post on FB. I trust you, all good people who live in the USA, are not going to take this laying down! The vet, the woman and the whole practice have to be brought to Justice. The people involved should, NEVER AGAIN, be entrusted with the care of animals. I keep hearing horror stories coming from your part of the world: your wildlife, farm animals, pets, and the list goes on.

I can not believe the vet actually tries justifying the womans cruel actions. Despite what happened before the incident recorded, there should ever be abuse like that at a vet. Unruly dogs and cats are actually part of a vet job. No excuses!

Amen. Nothing justifies this kind of treatment at any time much less at a vets. You are right. Scared and hurt animals bite. It's their nature. If you can't handle it, get another job. I hope this case is prosecuted. And I don't believe what the vet said about this happening all the time. Maybe in this clinic which is another reason this should be looked into!

It doesn't matter what took place 10 mins. before the rest of this video took place!! This fat BITCH had NO business slamming that LITTLE dog into a wall several times!!!! The vet should be ashamed of himself for even SUGGESTING that what took place in the first 10 mins. of the unseen part of the video excuses what this bitch did!!! The owners should have been called in to control the dog!!! A terrified/out of control animal does NOT give anyone in the vet's office to right to ABUSE...

If that was my dog, I would be FURIOUS and charge them for their abusive actions. That "person" should have been FIRED ON THE SPOT AND CHARGED!!!!!!!!

This has to be the stupidest excuse...'If people saw the whole video"... WTF???? " Teacher slams kid's head on the wall" ... Principal says" you should have seen what the kid did before the video was shot"....Can you imagine thee uproar??? SAME thing!!! I hope that clinic will be forced to close when they lose all their customers!!!

This is a manager that did this. The fact that the Dr makes excuses for what happened by saying that it happens everywhere, and we did not see what happened the first 10 minutes, of the video, is sad, what about a muzzle or a shot anything, no wonder the dog tried to bite the staff there, I bet he has bee there before and remembered bad treatment from the past. Dogs do remember, we as owners have to pay attention to their body language. There is always a reason.

Well, I do not think that she had cause. No matter how a pet acts, the human should not be abusive. I would have bitten her too! People do not bring their pets to Emergency clinics to have them abused and to pay for it. Apparently this is common practice for this vet, his practice and his colleagues practice. He should lose his license and she should face criminal charges. She is an office person, not a vet tech and shouldn't have even been dealing with the dog. I hope that she and...

Funny that the dr. Tried to justify the cruelty by saying the dog had bitten several people before this woman and the ABUSER had been wrestling with him for 10 minutes. Are you out of your damn mind? Abuse is abuse no matter what way you look at it. If this is how you practice, dear sir, then I am certainly glad you're NOT my vet!

No kidding! Not to mention the fact that it was a little dog....if he had a cone around his neck please tell me how he would be able to bite. Even if it were a 100+ lb. dog.....no excuse whatsoever! AND the person who caught this on video should have done everything in their power to report this immediately to every agency who could possibly take action again the clinics' owner and employee! Greedy, heartless, bullying, Sons of B's!

There is no defense. If you work in a vets office and are too stupid to understand how much animals will be stressed or in pain and that you may get the brunt of that , let me slam your head against the wall to see if I can get you to understand.
