I have come to the conclusion that there is no help for us. I did my tour in 2009-2010 in Afghanistan and was med board out of the army in January of this year in the 7 months that I have been out I have been to jail twice and lost my wife of 14 years. More people need compassion. PTSD is serious, debilitating and can lead to suicide!

Anyone who mocks us, needs a good education on why we are the way we are by going where we've been, doing what we've done and seeing what we've seen. We're not crazy, we're wounded.-Nuff said

there needs to be more awareness of this just like people post about cancer. They don't get it until they seen it up close and personal.
