Things like this bring tears to my eyes & heart. And, it is FRIGHTENING to me that this young man shows such depraved behavior. Such callous behavior toward defenseless animals is unconscionable. And, as I understand it, often a first step to further violence. The animals have no voice, but ours. We must not sit silently because that means acceptance. As Ghandi said, "Be the change that you wish to see in the world." We should applaud the young, brave girl who acted & turned this young man in. The boy needs help. This behavior is sick.

I hope when u say young brave girl who turned him in you're not talking about the sister who filmed it. She's as bad as he is

I only watched the first part because it made me sick after he shot the poor little, curious, non-threatening, raccoon. In the beginning, the girl was almost crying & telling the guy not to shoot. If she was laughing as everyone says...I agree, of course. She is also sick. I am thankful she turned him in, regardless. THAT took an act of courage, because if he did this to these defenseless, caged animals, I wonder if he's an abuser in the home? As others have suggested, violence against...

As others have suggested, violence against animals is typically a precursor to escalating abuse/violence. This is SCARY, SCARY, DEPRAVED behavior.

I couldn't watch any. I just know that Jocye is right that hehavior towards animals will end of turning into the same thing for people.

What a lovely pair of children. Are mom and dad feeling proud? That their son shoots a caged animal for fun? Watched it squirm in agony for fun? Sis is the audience? Maybe when the law comes down and says: "That is not your animal to kill. It belongs to everyone and you have taken it unlawfully. You are under arrest." He...

Maybe when the law comes down and says: "That is not your animal to kill. It belongs to everyone and you have taken it unlawfully. You are under arrest." He has been taught there's nothing wrong with doing it. He's enjoying it. Give the young man a criminal record that never dies. Hope he enjoys his new-found fame...

Annasue - there are no laws in Brevard County against trapping wild, destructive animals and disposing of them in a humane way i.e. euthanasia, release in one of the many wildlife areas here. Instead, they watched them writhe in pain, suffering, while these 2 degenerates filmed it and proudly posted their accomplishments on fb to show their friends how cool they are. Many posts before show they have done this repeatedly.

His parents should also be prosecuted, this usually starts in the home and how they are raised.

I have not heard anything of the sister being in trouble. Even though she did not pull the trigger she stood there filmed it, did not try to stop it. She is just as wrong and soulless as her brother. It just breaks my heart and now what "I'm sorry" Really well that just does not cut it. I come from a family of hunters this is just plain torture. I just still can not believe my eyes and ears. These kids need to be punished and psychological help before it is to late, if not already, before it escalades even higher.

May both of these human beings have very bad Karma. They both should be held accountable for this.
