Premeditated murder. 4 years is to little, and you know that a 17 isn't going topay a $20K fine. Forget the fine and add 10 years...

PSYCHOPATHS, not just murderers, start their "careers" this way! How many times does this kind of animal abuse have to happen before the law finally recognizes the obvious?

Not getting your own way and taking it out on a defenseless creature is heinous, and it does point to someone with serious issues who's personal pathology points to an escalation of violent behaviour. When he's inside, I hope they get to work on him so he does not give into this base nature.

Dogs, like horses, cats and many other animals, are mostly pets/family.. (even though some go wild...) . But in a home, they are family members. If somebody had the nerve to kill a dog ON PURPOSE, then I don't think they are worth one penny to be sent to jail and aught to share the same death they caused that animal. The only sad part of my opinion is knowing it will never happen that way with our justice system
