If they allow ANYBODY who owes money to change the amount they pay (which happens all the time) IT IS ILLEGAL!!!!! The politicians in office are for themselves. They are supposed to "SERVE" not take. Very few people in politics are fair. That is not how this was designed to be way back when. But greed has taken over and THEY ALL NEED TO GO.

I am unaware of any statute under which anyone would have standing for such a suit. The foundation of any class action is a group of people who can present evidence of comoensable damage. I don't see that here.

The very first amendment to the Constitution of the US is the right to freedom of speech. By targeting politicians because of what they are saying publicly, the IRS is directly violating that God-given right. Since the IRS is a division of the US Government, they are violating the Constitution which requires a lawsuit to force them to stop. The damage here is; those politicians targeted by this government agency are prevented from seeking public office, lose valuable votes to earn an office,...

That my friend is compensible damage.

we are ALL damaged by their commandeering of our taxes to support political criminal overseas war profiteering activity....more than 40% of our garnered taxes goes to the corporate structure to profiteer war criminals and war profiteering corporations...a violation of religious freedom of so many who actually adhere to ethics, morals and various religions that all embrace PEACE and respect for the sanctity of life, not war profiteering... dissent from war profiteering is a Constitutional...

Sorry, I'm for higher taxes for those who *can* pay higher--we need *truly* income-based tax levels--those at or below poverty level should not be taxed regardless of whether they're on Social Security or otherwise. Those who are in the higher income brackets should be taxed more. This to me is a fact of altruism

If everyone...and I mean everyone paid a flat tax rate of let's say...7% with no returns and no write-offs, it wouldn't take long before we had no national deficit. Hmmm, come to think of it, they could put that money into growing our economy!!!

You are ignorant Lily, when you don't have taxes FAIR for everybody, you get less money going to the government and you end up with higher and higher deficits, like we do now,if you want to make taxes fair charge a 15% nationwide sales tax.

We the People can and will abolish yhe infamous IRS which has been unconstitutional since since its conception! Now let us join together and put them out of business once and for all! The IRS is all demonic as it is run by the devil himself! It is time for a flat tax or whatever proven tax code that must be approved by the citizens of this great nation and then EVERYONE (NO EXCLUSIONS) pay their fair share equally!

Now is maybe the last time we're ever going to have to get to get rid of these bastards; once and for all. We can't just talk about it...we need to turn up the heat. It's not going to be easy. Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, could champion the cause. At least they are the only two in government today that I semi-trust.
