I am unaware of any statute under which anyone would have standing for such a suit. The foundation of any class action is a group of people who can present evidence of comoensable damage. I don't see that here.

The very first amendment to the Constitution of the US is the right to freedom of speech. By targeting politicians because of what they are saying publicly, the IRS is directly violating that God-given right. Since the IRS is a division of the US Government, they are violating the Constitution which requires a lawsuit to force them to stop. The damage here is; those politicians targeted by this government agency are prevented from seeking public office, lose valuable votes to earn an office,...

That my friend is compensible damage.

Sorry, I'm for higher taxes for those who *can* pay higher--we need *truly* income-based tax levels--those at or below poverty level should not be taxed regardless of whether they're on Social Security or otherwise. Those who are in the higher income brackets should be taxed more. This to me is a fact of altruism

If everyone...and I mean everyone paid a flat tax rate of let's say...7% with no returns and no write-offs, it wouldn't take long before we had no national deficit. Hmmm, come to think of it, they could put that money into growing our economy!!!

You are ignorant Lily, when you don't have taxes FAIR for everybody, you get less money going to the government and you end up with higher and higher deficits, like we do now,if you want to make taxes fair charge a 15% nationwide sales tax.

A free person does not have their property confiscated under the threat of violence. If they want my property, they can ask for it just like the church does and if they make a good argument they will have it. I'll shoot you is not an argument... its slavery.

The IRS has been too powerful since its inception. Now that a socialist government is in charge, it is DOUBLY dangerous and it must go!
