I remember being teased and picked on. How awful it made me feel back then and how it left a lasting impression on my self esteem. No one should have to put up with being bullied.

It's important because a child sitting next to your child in class may be bullied every day; an adult who you work with may have been bullied as a child and have enormous repercussions because of that; a teacher, a principal, a counselor might not intervene or even take notice; a neighbor may not intercede when observing a child receiving this kind of abuse; or your child might not feel free to tell you or any other loving and aware adult about his/her daily life of abuse and fear.

Bullying, of any kind, in any place, especially in schools, is unacceptable! We need to teach kindness, compassion, unity, and love as core values...so that our children will do the same for generations to come.

I had the misfortune to have a disability during my school years and yes I learn't to fight back or just be bullied.
But the times have not changed the GUTTLESS C##T'S are still out there and they are still doing there diryt work.
I bet if it was a teachers child something would have been done. Get it right Fix it Up.

You sit alone every lunchtime, hide in the toilets before school, are constantly on edge and fearful, you are either ignored or belittled, you learn to walk to class with your head down and no eye contact, the walk or bus ride to school is terrifying because there are NO teachers to save you, the ride or walk home is worse because you know you have to do it all over again tomorrow.. But worse than all of this is giving up - believing there is no hope.. Be a light for someone, give them hope...

No man, woman or child should be bullied , afraid or feel alone & unloved!

It breaks my heart when a child/teen feels there is no one willing to help them and they feel alone and hopeless. Let's help them and reach out.

School is a place to learn, to make friends not a place to think that if you dont follow the crowd you'll be picked on.
