We should have an animal abusers registration just like child abusers than we could possibly catch and stop some of the evil

We need an animal abuser registry. Debbie I agree 100% never never should an animal be at the mercy of a documented animal abuser. A registry would help to prevent such a travesty.

I agree I was thinking the same thing animal abusers should be registered on data base all over the U S just like sex offenders so they just can't not up and move to other states to con people and places out of the animals to begin their cruelty of anymore animals please make this a law these people need to be check out for some may look like nice people they are far from it I had people tell me some real horror stories over the years of my helping and working with animals and wildlife.

Yes we need jail sentences but we also need to address the root problem and that is starting to educate the children in the schools. Volunteer your time..don´t wait for someone else to do it.

Just as there’s a universal law on murder (people v people), there should be the same for people v animals. It is imperative that laws are in place for licensed fur traders to ensure these animals are treated with care and dignity (preferable if such industry didn’t exist at all), farm animals, too, and are in serious need of protection from abuse. We must not adopt an attitude of misplaced arrogance on the premise we are superior, this is simply not true, please wake up to reality. The...

The difference between human and animal intelligence is that they don’t live as long, they live in the here and now and are tuned only into fundamental survival mode, without ambitions, and here’s the real difference, humans build on cumulative knowledge, animals simply pass down survival skills.

8 years is not enough, they must do to them what they have done to these poor animals. May they rot in hell.

This sort of thing shouldn't ever happen. Why do these nefarious people do what they do to helpless animals? The breathe the same air as we, and bleed the same red as we do. Shouldn't they have a life of beauty, not a life of strife and starvation. They have feelings just as we do. This poor fellow doesn't deserve this, and you can see the expression in his face. He needs help. Please sign the petition and be his VOICE. Thanks woofy

Honestly, the person(s) who did this should have received the electric chair!!!

Stiffer sentences, huge fines, community service and never being able to own an animal again..
