We humans have a history of wiping off the planet any animal that we fear. We need to learn to live with the beautiful animals that share the top of the food chain with us. I have an aussie wolf, a dingo. He is an affectionate, graceful and sensitive animal and a good friend. Governments and farmers slaughter dingoes here on a regular basis. I have an aussie wolf, a dingo. He is an affectionate, graceful and sensitive animal and a good friend. Governments and farmers slaughter dingoes here on a regular basis. The outright killing together with cross breeding from uncontrolled and dumped domestic dogs has resulted in a situation where there are very few places in the wild where they still remain in their pure form. We need to find a way to live with these amazing predators rather than slaughtering them out of existence.

Haven't we learned ANYTHING from history? Wolves were slaughtered wholesale and that's how they ended up on the endangered species list in previous years. Now they have come back we're going to do it again?

They have been here since the beginning of time and have more right to be here than the hunter or farmer or any special interest group with big bucks to spend on their extinction!

I believe all of God's or Nature's creatures play an important part in our ecosystems and they are a living miracle. Who are we to decide they should die!? Can we create and give life to such amazing beings. Everything that is born has a right to life. We should be protectors not destroyers. We are the only disgracefully destructive species in existence. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!!!!!

We are actually destroying that which nourishes and cares for us by upsetting a food chain established by nature from the time this world was conceived. I have interacted with wolves. I admire their intelligence, noted their shyness, and found them non-threatening. They are beautiful creatures and are in tune with the workings of nature. Man was never meant to be their prey. They cull out the weak in order the strong survive. Do we really believe that we can do better than nature?
