Some guardians we prove to be for our four legged friends. Alcohol is absolutely no excuse for this type of behavior. All involved should be held accountable.

No they should be felt the same actions as they did the dog. Except tease them with booze. I may be cruel. But I am getting sick and damnable tired of so many a**hole mos treating animals and getting away with a slap on the hand.

Someone needs to lure them to their painful death I hope there is a horrible revenge for this little dog. Animal abuses makes me sick people have nothing else better to do then harm helpless creatures

I agree with all the sentiments written here. If a university allows this kind of callous depraved behavior of its students they are basically breeding future sociopaths. No excuses on this type of behavior!!

What these bastards need is a course in compassion.

First an animal then a human. They are sick mentally and should be treated accordingly. Spoiled brats!

There's no excuse. Cruelty is cruelty. They should be severely punished for what they did to this poor animal. How disgusting they are. Name and shame them. They should be sent to prison.

I really wonder how they were raised. I have a 3 year old & I started right away on how to treat, respect & love animals. Considering I've had quite a few animals during my lifetime I knew how to care for them because my parents showed me how. I believe anyone who can do these horrific acts to animals is more likely to do them to humans too. My son knows not to run up to a dog, he also has to ask permission to pet, once that is done he kneels down & sticks his hand out for the dog to smell....

He is three &, has developed a deep love &, understanding for animals of all kinds. As a nation we REALLY need to take this seriously & severely punish those who torture, poach, abandoned, neglect & use animals for entertainment/ money. It makes me sick & angry & I want justice!! I have joined causes because I can make a difference. I want to try to do my part. I don't want to see this continue. Luckily for them I wasn't there. People if you just sit by & do nothing, your just as much to blame

i agree Diane wholeheartedly with you. i dont know how any person can be so violent towards animals, all they look for is someone to love and look after them, is that too much for them to ask for? poor wee thing.

Simply psychopathic. Inebriation is simply a feeble excuse
