As important as controlling the debt is, would you agree that in the push for fiscal responsibility it is essential to not diminish funding for global health such as the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief and the Global Fund and to ensure that these programs are fully funded so that they can continue their work in ending these epidemics?
