Many people need the Heavenly Father to be mentioned as G-D. G-D is not a curse word!

I want to believe in my beliefs and that's in the One and Only Holy God. Nobody has the right to tell us how to nor who to believe in! By the Grace of God, He is my Savior and I will forever pray to Him!

I believe in God and my Dad and Mom are buried at Arlington. My Dad was a prisoner of war in WWII and if it weren't for his faith, he might not have made it!

Congress prays before opening of every congressional session... And have we now forgotten that powerful friend? I say do as the family wishes, but do NOT take it upon ourselves to decide, the Government should NOT be allowed to determine the prayer that takes place at a loved ones (even military) funeral... Period..End of Story!

In God We Trust....not any man or other god! I find it very simple, if you don't believe in it, then don't participate....no one is forcing you and at the same time you are free to worship your own god...just don't mess with our freedoms either..

Nobody's FORCING anything, except US believers to GIVE UP mention of God, which was already long established. If you "unbelievers" (Charles Kevlin et. al) insist the mention of GOD in a FUNERAL is FORCING anything, consider the wishes of the dead person! Perhaps it means something to the family and the DEAD. You have a choice. If it's that unbearable, leave the ceremony. Or suck it up and consider someone other than yourself!
