Mountains don"t grow back. They just leave a big ugly hole. It's stupid just like the people doing it.

Big Money must NOT be allowed to corrupt the earth for the sake of corporate profits. Mountain top removal has ramifications that impact the ecosystem in ways too numerous to list here. Just because it can technologically be done, doesn't mean it should happen. The government must stop this madness..

This is DISGUSTING! This absolutely makes me want to string up everyone involved in it! No excuses by the billionaires suffice!

I have long been attracted to this campaign and wanting to have a way to meanigfully participate. My dear brother David, a godsend and saint to all many in his Texas community, passed suddenly at the young age of 54 less than two months ago. His cell phone ringtone was 'Go Tell It on the Mountain' so my Christmas gift to him is a donation to this great organization! Mahalo to all who are doing the groundwork that will lead to the end of this destructive and needless practice.

These MOUNTAINS are LIFE! I am appalled that people are not stopping this. What if it were the White Mountains of New England? Would New Englanders accept this??? I do not believe they would.

This is a catalyst for the new renewable energy campaigns becoming a HOT issue.

I have left him messages to please watch the documentary The Last Mountain, as his unstable "policy-agreement" is mentioned in the movie.

This is a travesty, I find it hard to believe people would just turn their heads and let this devastation continue. It must be that somehow, the masses are not hearing the message that this is happening. This is a travesty, I find it hard to believe people would just turn their heads and let this devastation continue. It must be that somehow, the masses are not hearing the message that this is happening. Surely there would be a stop put to it if everyone heard and understood the eminence effect this practice makes, not only on the beautiful mountains, but also the life's, families, and properties and not to mention the environment. We are all paying a hefty toll for the coal industries to make a quick profit. When they use this method to gain access to the coal, what took millions of years to form is destroyed FOREVER more in JUST seconds. It will soon be impossible to scream this message from the top of a mountain, the hills will no longer be alive with the sound of music, and it will be said by those who come after us that we cared not for the grandeur of the mountains and let them be blown-up for profit.
