The Autism Society of the Lakeshore (ASL) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization chartered by the Autism Society of America in 1996. ASL provides information, referral, advocacy, public awareness, educations and support for persons with autism spectrum differences, their families and the communities in which they live.

ASL is raising money for its "Special Needs Fund" for camp scholarships, purchasing supportive equipment, and post-secondary educational scholarships for individuals on the spectrum.
