If I Could Talk To Judge F

If I had the opportunity to speak to Judge F this is what I would say to him:
Your Honor I am here today for my son, I am his mother and for the past 7 years I have been alienated from his life. I intend to prove that is has been through the unjust and willfully malicious actions of his paternal grandparents and his father.
Our Honor according to the Constitution, I, as his mother, have a Constitutional right to actually BE his mother in care, love and actions. I am well aware that my past mistakes have hindered me from actually living up to my duties and privileges of being a mother to my son. I am begging this Court to look at my past and see that through the statements and witnesses that I have made a complete and total transformation in my life. I am now more than willing to take on all responsibilities and duties of being a 24 hour 7days a week devoted and loving mother.
Your Honor I ask you to reflect upon our 1st, 5th, 9th and 14th Amendments, which state:
The rights of parents to the care, custody and nurture of their children is of such character that it cannot be denied without violating those fundamental principles of liberty and justice which lie at the base of all our Civil and Political institutions, and such right is a fundamental right protected by these Amendments. Doe v. Irwin 1985
Also any “Loss of 1st Amendment Freedoms, for even minimal periods of time, unquestionably constitutes irreparable injury.” Elrod v. Burns 1976
Not only have my Constitutional Rights been violated, but my son’s as well. These rights have been stripped away from me and my son by the actions of his paternal grandparents and his father.
Your Honor in the case of Carson v. Elrod in Va.(1976) it was ascertained that “No bond is more precious and none should be more zealously protected by the law as the bond between parent and child.” I totally agree with this and intend to establish that the paternal grandparents and my son’s father have continually alienated from my son. Therefore both neglectfully and maliciously ignoring the great laws of our country and the moral code to which ALL parents live by day-to-day in loving, caring for and nurturing our children.
Your Honor I am pleading with this Court to post haste remove my son from the bonds which he has been forced into where he has been continually denied the love and affection of me, his mother.
