To Raise donations for the only non-profit animal shelter in all of Rockland County.

Rockland County and the shelter's residing town are in dispute over who is responsible for funding the shelter. The shelter is in danger of being closed this year due to lack of funding! PLEASE DONATE! PLEASE VOLUNTEER!

Founded in 1973, Hi-Tor Animal Care Center is the only animal care and control shelter in Rockland County NY and takes in approximately 2,500 animals each year. They offer a variety of programs that are beneficial to the community and occasional programs for pet owners and volunteers.

The mission of Hi-Tor Care Center is to preserve and improve animal life, to promote resposible pet adoption and ownership, and to provide humane treatment for all animals in their care.

Hi-Tor Animal Care Center is committed to acquiring a state-of-the-art facility, on a dedicated campus, to provide the highest standard of care to sheltered animals and to promote responsible pet ownership through education
