To provide financial relief to Greater Capital Region farms that lost crops, livestock, infrastructure and more in Hurricane Irene.

The Regional Farm and Food Project is a member supported, farmer focused, non-profit serving the greater Hudson-Mohawk Valley food shed of New York State. The organization advocates for the improvement of local food systems and helping consumers connect to their local farms. All proceeds from this Cause Campaign will be dispersed to farmers in the Greater Capital Region affected by Hurricane Irene to provide financial relief for lost sales, crops, livestock, damaged infrastructure, and other financial burdens incurred by farmers as a result of the storm.
