Should the City of Los Angeles be allowed to impose curfews on our beaches - curfews that are in violation of the 1976 California Coastal Act which specifies that California beaches should be publicly accessible 24/7? The California Coastal Commission has informed the City that they need to seek permission before they impose these illegal curfews that violate the Coastal Act and the California Constitution.
